MEGA Shopping and Leisure Centre Aquarium, Kaunas, Lithuania

Advanced Aquarium Technologies’ 10-metre-high aquarium installation helps Baltic shopping centre stand tall.

Project Overview

The Mega Mall Aquarium in Kaunas, Lithuania opened to the public on December 1st, 2005.

The 102,000-square-meter shopping centre is the second-largest mall in the Baltics.

As malls evolve into mixed-use precincts with recreational, educational and themed attractions, shopping-centre-based aquariums are popular with families and drive retail foot traffic.
