Project Overview

The Tivoli Theatre Aquarium in Copenhagen, Denmark opened to the public on November 1st, 2005. At the time it was the single longest viewing panel in the world, measuring 26.6m. The aquarium holds 300,000 litres of water and is home to 1,600 marine aquarium fish and sharks. The aquarium system operates as a closed recirculating system using artificial seawater.
