SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast Aquarium, Mooloolaba, Australia.

A longstanding history of projects with AAT's nearest aquarium.

Project Overview

AAT’s relationship with SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast Aquarium – previously known as Underwater World – goes back way to a time before AAT was born as a company. AAT founder John Langmead worked at Underwater World in a range of roles in the 1980’s, before commencing a career in the design and construction of new aquariums.

Some years later, AAT was engaged to supply life support system components and undertake a range of aquarium specialist works to the facility. As part of a major refurbishment in 2007, AAT resized the acrylic tunnel sections whilst in place and added new silicone seals between each individual panel.
