We’re excited to celebrate the success of our recent professional development training course – “Communication and Influencing Technology”, held on May 19th. Over 30 energetic AAT China team members participated, reflecting the operation’s commitment to continuous learning and team building.
Under the expert guidance of Mr. Sang, our team members engaged in an interactive mix of informative explanations, insightful case analyses, and exciting games. These activities not only honed our communication methods and influence techniques but also underscored the importance of these skills in our day-to-day roles.
The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with the team acknowledging the value and applicability of new skills acquired.
